The 58th Anniversary of KOPRI PMII UAC Pacet Emphasizes Spirituality and Transformation

Mojokerto-Ana News-The Korps Pergerakan Mahasiswa Islam Indonesia Putri (KOPRI PMII) held the Kick-Off of its 58th Anniversary under the theme “Spirituality and Transformation in Fulfilling Independence” at the KH. Abdul Chalim University (UAC) Grand Hall, Pacet, Mojokerto, on Sunday (November 2, 2025).

The event marked an important moment for KOPRI members to reaffirm the values of spirituality and encourage transformation in the role of women in the modern movement era. The event was attended by several national figures, local government officials, and PMII representatives from various regions. During the event, participants were encouraged to strengthen their sense of nationalism and uphold the values of Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah as the foundation of a rahmatan lil ‘alamin (blessing for all) movement. The main message highlighted the importance of spirituality as the foundation for every social and organizational activity. 

One of the speakers emphasized that the transformation of santri and PMII cadres is no longer carried out through physical struggle but through intellectual, spiritual, and social advancement to realize a prosperous, just, and progressive Indonesia.

“We must continue to transform while upholding the inclusive and rahmatan lil ‘alamin values of Islam as the foundation for nation-building,” said one of the speakers during the forum.

The event also featured reflections on the historical struggles of santri and a call to continue contributing to the nation’s independence through dedication, education, and community empowerment.

The 58th Anniversary of KOPRI PMII UAC Pacet served as a moment for all female PMII cadres to strengthen their spirituality and continue the transformation toward becoming a resilient, knowledgeable, and virtuous generation. (AN)
