TBI UAC Held UGrowth Gathering Vol. 2 for Welcoming New TBI Students

Mojokerto - RAVCRAFT NEWS - Tadris Bahsa Inggris (TBI) Tarbiyah Faculty, Universitas KH. Abdul Chalim (UAC) held United For Growth (UGrwoth) Gathering VOL 2 which was held for a full day on Friday (10/31) at the New Building of the UAC Campus and Alas Veenuz.

This event purpose is to welcoming new 3rd year students of TBI, also to make them grew more closer relationship between the lecturer of TBI and the Seniors of TBI.


UGrowth Gathering VOL 2 this year’s theme is “Exploring Unity, Embracing Diversity”, said the head of the activity committee, M. Agustiawan

Agus emphasized the importance of togetherness and kinship, considering that students at UAC come from different regions, so this is a brilliant step for future investment as successors to HIMA.

He also hopes that this activity can bring out the potential of all participants so that they can be confident in their respective strengths.

TBI lecturer Sri Surya Dewi, M.Pd., M.A supports the activities carried out by HIMA TBI.

According to her, this activity was good in terms of its objectives and overall outcome because it provided an opportunity for TBI students and lecturers to get to know each other better.

“I think this event is very good. Yeah because uh this is actually like um what's that? It is a kind of gathering for the freshman. So it is good as it can give the opportunity for um the freshman to get along with their friends but and also their across generation as well as the the lecturer. So it is a good chance for them to understand about friends as well as the department like that.” She continued.

This activity reminds new TBI UAC students that there is no need to be overly formal with seniors and that there is no concept of seniority for older students, because here we prioritize togetherness and kinship among TBI students.
