Merah Putih Cooperative Socialization to Dahlia Posyandu Cadres in Pungging Village

Mojokerto – RizkyNews - Nur Kolis Majid, Chairman of the Merah Putih Village Cooperative (KDMP) in Pungging Village, once again held a socialization program for the cooperative on the sidelines of the Dahlia Posyandu Cadre Meeting held at the Pungging Village Hall on Thursday (07/24) morning. Attended by dozens of Posyandu cadres, Nur Kolis gave a comprehensive presentation on the history of the establishment of KDMP and the procedures for becoming a member of the Merah Putih Village Cooperative in Pungging Village.

“KDMP was established as part of President Prabowo's initiative to reduce the number of middlemen, and also as a multipurpose cooperative that will cover savings and loans, warehouses/cold storage, pharmacies, outlets, agriculture/fisheries, or other activities in line with the potential of each village,” said Nur Kolis in his statement in Pungging Village.

He added that KDMP was designed as a creative economic solution for villagers so that they would not continue to depend on middlemen, who often suppress the original price of a product. During the question and answer session, Nur Kolis also explained the requirements for becoming a KDMP customer in Pungging Village.

“To become a KDMP customer in Pungging Village, you only need to pay a one-time deposit of Rp. 20,000 and a monthly mandatory deposit of Rp. 5,000. You must reside in Pungging Village and attach your ID card and family card, and you must be a resident of Pungging Village,” said Nur Kolis in his statement in Pungging Village.
