BTN Mojokerto Holds Seminar at UAC Discussing Online Loans and Career Opportunities in Banking

Kh. Abdul Chalim University (UAC) Mojokerto, in collaboration with BTN Bank Mojokerto, held an educational seminar discussing the phenomena of online loans and online gambling, as well as career opportunities in the banking sector on Friday (Nov 8). The event caught the attention of many students as it provided practical and inspiring insights about finance and banking.

The seminar, held in the UAC Campus Hall, featured two speakers from BTN Bank Mojokerto: Mr. Hendi Heriyandi and Mrs. Anis Sulistyowati. In his presentation, Mr. Hendi highlighted the increasing cases of illegal online loans and online gambling that have become a major concern, especially among young people. He explained the negative impacts of these practices on personal financial stability and gave students advice on how to manage digital finances wisely.

Meanwhile, the second speaker, Mrs. Anis Sulistyowati, explained in detail the history, operational system, and requirements to join BTN Bank. Her explanation became the most interesting part for students who aspire to work in the banking industry.

One of the seminar participants, Nur Rabiah A Saleh, said he was greatly inspired by the event.

“Materinya sangat bermanfaat, terutama penjelasan dari Ibu Anis tentang cara masuk ke Bank BNT. Itu menjadi motivasi dan bahan evaluasi bagi saya yang ingin bekerja di dunia perbankan,” he said.

Through this activity, BTN Bank Mojokerto hopes to broaden UAC students’ knowledge about finance and raise awareness of the importance of financial literacy in the digital era.
